My book with Stuart Emmett “Excellence in Public Sector

If I can take the author’s usual creative care in picking
out bits of reviews, it describes it as
“a fine book” but would like to see more focus on actual
Excellence. Comments like that are
actually very helpful in the plans for a 2nd edition, if there is
sufficient interest/demand.
